These terms govern access to and use of CoreTrack Hub (the "service"), available at trackwork.online. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
CoreTrack Hub is an internal tool for creating and tracking offers and rotators, connecting them to Google Ads campaigns, and uploading conversions back to Google Ads. It is provided for use by authorised media buyers only.
2. Accounts and access codes
Each login is created for a named media buyer and protected by an access code. You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential and for all activity under your login. Tell us immediately if you believe your access code has been compromised.
3. Connecting your Google account
Linking a Google account grants CoreTrack Hub the Google Ads permissions described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you are authorised to connect the Google Ads accounts you link, and you remain responsible for complying with Google's own advertising and API policies for any campaign you manage through this service. You can unlink a Google account at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate fake, automated or non-human clicks or conversions, to misrepresent traffic data, or to violate Google Ads policies, applicable advertising law, or any third party's rights. We may suspend or terminate access for any account used this way.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or of any third-party API (including the Google Ads API) it depends on.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost advertising spend, lost revenue, or Google Ads account actions taken as a result of data synced through the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, particularly for a violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and unlink your Google account at any time.
8. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
